Cablesys, CBS, offers 3-inch and 5-inch deep cable management brackets. CBS cable management brackets are designed to properly organize and secure patch cords and cables. The panels are offer in different depths to support different types of cable. Typically, the 3-inch is mounted on the front, and 5-inch is mounted on the rear. These brackets share useable rack mount space with existing equipment, so there is no need to allocate additional rack space. Anchor points are positioned across the panel to allow cable ties and Velcro ties to be inserted and secure cables. The bracket is made using 16 gauge steel that is black powder coated to protect against wear, corrosion, impact and weather.
In addition, Cablesys (CBS) 1U 19-inch wide blank bracket panel is designed to work with the pre-terminated patch panel system. The panel has four openings to snap in pre-terminated Ethernet and fiber optic cable assemblies with bezels on the end. The bezels, commonly known as cassettes, can then be removed using a flat head screw driver and interchanged. This type of design provides a flexible solution when moves, adds, and changes are required. The panel supports patching for up to 24 Ethernet, 96 LC or 48 SC fiber optic connections. CBS blank patch panel fits on racks and cabinets with 19-inch mounting widths and takes up 1 rack mount space, 1 RMS. The frame of the panel is also made using 16 gauge steel that is black powder coated to protect against wear, corrosion, impact and weather.
