Published by Cablesys on Jul 13th 2018
A prestigious retail-owned cooperative that borders New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, had an immediate need to upgrade their telecom network. The project required 180 RJ-45 data ports that could support 10 Gigabit Ethernet bandwidth. The patch panels had to run between two racks that were less than 50 feet apart. Most importantly, the cabling and connectivity had to be shielded for protection against harmful electromagnetic interference. The solution: install Cablesys’ Pre-terminated CAT6A FTP Cassette Patch Panel System. The CAT6A bezel-to-bezel patch panels with 50 feet cable assemblies were ordered and shipped promptly, within just five working days. Once the order was received, their staff was able to install the pre-tested system within minutes. The bracket panels were mounted using only a screwdriver. Applying the simple snap-on method, bezels were installed effortlessly to facilitate connectivity between the panels.
