The Canadian Coast Guard modified their communications network using Cablesys’ Pre-terminated Patch Panel System. Their equipment required 10 Gigabit Ethernet bandwidth, and they needed a quick solution. Within a few minutes, their staff was able to run 25 feet of Category 6A (CAT6A) cabling between two locations and provide 96 ports of connectivity. The bezel to bezel design was chosen because it’s easy to snap-in and remove if changes need to be made.
