Missoula, Montana – A television broadcasting company deployed 6 data drops using Cablesys’ Pre-terminated Patch Panel System. They needed to connect the rear of a patch panel to a network switch that was 100 feet away. As a solution, they installed Cablesys’ Pre-terminated Patch Panel with patch cords.

Cablesys built a Category 5e (CAT 5e) patch panel pre-terminated with CAT 5e patch cables on the rear. The system was pre-tested to TIA ^® performance standards before shipping. Once the television company received the materials, they screwed the panel onto the rack, snapped in the connectivity, routed the cables, and plugged the patch cords into the switch.
